DH-08S Homogenizer Beating, also known as a Bead Beater, is widely used for homogenization of animal tissues, biological samples, and is applicable in fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, clinical, molecular biology, toxin and bacterial detection, and is particularly suitable for preparation of microbial detection samples. The device uses a stainless steel system, which can effectively separate solid sample surfaces and uniform samples of enclosed microorganisms. Samples are placed in a disposable sterile homogenization bag, which does not come into contact with the instrument. It has the characteristics of gentle homogenization, no sample contamination, no damage, no temperature rise, no need for sterilization treatment, and no need to wash vessels, satisfying the requirements of rapid, accurate results and good repeatability. This product is also suitable for homogenization of tumor tissues (such as liver cancer, colon cancer, gastric cancer, and breast cancer), which can obtain a large number of single cells (2 × 100,000 in 2 minutes). When necessary, soft crushing of tissue cells (such as liver) can be achieved by extending the homogenization time. |
